Match the rental to the work schedule
For a Luling job, share the start date, anticipated finish and busiest shift. If work happens intermittently, explain the occupied days and who supervises the site between them. Equipment quantity and service arrangements should reflect use rather than just the number of calendar days.
Protect access as the job develops
Materials, parked vehicles and temporary fencing can block a once-open approach. Keep the restroom position visible in the site plan and tell subcontractors which access space must remain clear. Ask the rental team before relocating a unit as work progresses.
Discuss extensions before the end date
Ask how an extension, a missed visit or a change in equipment is handled. Confirm what the quote covers, how billing periods work and how collection is requested. Do not assume the end of a work phase automatically schedules removal.
