Account for the busiest part of the day
A Lockhart workday or gathering may concentrate use around a break, meal or change of activity. Provide the peak simultaneous users and the programme, rather than only a total attendance number. Mention any existing restrooms and whether they remain available throughout.
Leave a comfortable entry route
Consider the ground, lighting and approach as well as the cabin. If an accessible unit is requested, discuss the actual model and the clear route to it. An equipment label alone does not establish that the whole setup meets the needs of the guests using it.
Choose a contact for supply concerns
Agree who can report low supplies, a blocked approach or a servicing concern during the rental. For a longer arrangement, ask how usage changes affect cleaning and replenishment. A useful contact plan is more reliable than assuming every visit includes the same tasks.
