Start with the guest route
For a Buda gathering, mark where people arrive, eat and spend most of their time before choosing a restroom position. A useful location is easy to find without making a queue cross the entrance or food-service area. If indoor facilities are also available, confirm which ones guests may use and when they close.
Washing belongs in the same plan
Explain whether the venue already supplies usable handwashing nearby. A sanitizer dispenser and a water-based washing station are different facilities. Ask about water, wastewater, soap and replenishment, and leave enough room for people to use the station without obstructing the toilet door.
Build in setup and clear-out time
Your rental dates should cover preparation as well as guest hours. Discuss delivery before furniture and catering vehicles occupy the approach. Ask who authorises collection and whether the venue has a separate window for removing equipment.
